Who we are

CT for Israel, previously Greater Hartford for Israel, is a grassroots movement that coalesced after the October 7 terror attacks in Israel to fight for a Connecticut and country with a proud and vibrant Jewish community. As antisemitism resurges in America, CT for Israel will fight for a Connecticut where American Jews and those who support Israel’s right to exist can live without fear.

CT for Israel was founded by Ari Schaffer, a West Hartford resident, to ensure that Connecticut would always be a place for the Jewish people to live without fear.
